In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for owning and maintaining the operational health of the NBA platform post-deployment. This is a hands-on engineering position that requires active contribution to code development, testing, and system monitoring. Your primary focus will be ensuring that the platform remains scalable, resilient, and highly available by implementing rigorous testing frameworks, observability practices, and failure management strategies. You will collaborate closely with delivery pods and cross-functional teams to define quality gates, manage contractor resources, and proactively identify potential bottlenecks or failure points before they impact users. Your expertise will help uphold the platform's performance standards and ensure continuous improvement in reliability and operational excellence.
