## About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Data Center Technician (Level 1) to join a growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in physically demanding environments who are eager to learn and develop within the telecom and data center industry. No prior telecom experience is required-training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and reliability., * Experience working in physically demanding environments (construction, trades, military, or similar).

 * Comfortable working on ladders and/or lifts for extended periods (10-hour shifts).
 * Strong work ethic and a consistently positive attitude.
 * Reliable attendance history and dependability.
 * Ability to work overtime, including occasional mandatory overtime.

Nice to Have Skills:

 * Experience with Cat5 cabling.
 * Basic electrical knowledge or hands-on electrical experience.
 * Military experience or similar disciplined work environment.
