Excellent data entry skills, including entry of high-volume of alpha-numeric data. * Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, and Word). * Attention to detail and a desire to ensure the highest degree of accuracy. * Excellent analytical and reasoning capabilities. * Strong customer service orientation - both external and internal. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written. * Time management - strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. * Flexibility - ability to effectively adapt to change. * H.S. education or GED equivalent is required. Beneficial Skills and Experience: * Cash Applications experience in similar organization or industry. * Previous experience in SAP. * Previous experience in High Radius. Physical Challenges: * + Consistent sitting for many hours at one time. Majority of day (85%+) is spent sitting at desk. + Must be able to lift 5 pounds on a regular and consistent basis. + Regular and consistent use of keyboard. + Ability to climb stairs on occasion. + Majority of job is located inside office. ## Description Primarily responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate postings of cash receipts to customer accounts or other accounts for non-receivable related cash receipts. Support other Summit Team members by ensuring customer support is provided in an accurate and timely manner. Exceptional service to external and internal customers is critical to the success of the Cash Applications Coordinator., * Ensure the timely and accurate postings of cash receipts daily. * Ensure excellent service is provided to both internal and external customers.
