## About the Role

* Strong EE fundamentals with a degree in electrical or computer engineering. \n
 * At least 10 years of industry experience with demonstrated progression from design engineer to lead engineer and then to manager.\n
 * At least 3 years of experience as a people manager\n
 * Hands-on expertise in schematic capture and PCB layout for wireless products\n
 * Experience with using standard lab equipment such as a DMM, oscilloscope and logic analyzer.\n
 * Familiarity with NPI and manufacturing processes including management of Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and version control.\n
 * Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently to take projects from start to finish\n
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to summarize and present to non-technical audiences\n
