* Strong experience with Workato recipes, connectors, workflows, and integrations
 * Integration architecture, design, development, and optimization
 * REST and SOAP APIs, including custom connector development
 * Experience creating reusable templates, components, and automation patterns
 * Integration governance, standards, and best practices
 * Error handling, monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting
 * Integration testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
 * Experience troubleshooting integration failures, performance issues, and production defects
 * Business process automation and workflow optimization
 * Strong understanding of data mapping, integration dependencies, and workflow architecture
 * Technical documentation for recipes, connectors, configurations, workflows, and operational procedures
 * Ability to assess, consolidate, simplify, and retire legacy integrations
 * Experience with platform upgrades, enhancements, and change management
 * Strong production support and technical escalation experience
 * Ability to evaluate business and technical requirements and prioritize integration solutions
 * Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and business teams
 * Ability to provide technical recommendations on Workato capabilities, connectors, and automation opportunities
