 * Tertiary Skill: Core Java

 * Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly form meaningful working partnerships.

## Description

We are seeking a Spring/Boot developer responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. This role involves ensuring software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements through coding, unit testing, and successful integration into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces., * Contribute to story refinement and defining requirements.

 * Participate in and guide the team in estimating work necessary to realize a story or requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
 * Perform proof of concepts as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
 * Code solutions and unit tests to deliver requirements per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance standards.
 * Utilize multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in the design and development of client requirements.
 * Assist the team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work.
 * Contribute to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify test issues, and triage the underlying cause.
 * Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.
 * Participate in and coach team members in delivery/release (CI/CD) events, such as branching, pull requests, and issue triage.
