Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Technical Support Analyst - **Company:** Jacksonville Jaguars, LLC - **Location:** Jacksonville, FL, United States - **Contract:** Franchise - **Skills:** Active Directory, Macintosh Computers, Apple IOS, Apple Mac Systems, Computer Literacy, Desktop Computing, Hard Disk Drives, File Server, Ghost (Backup Software), Issue Tracking Systems, Network Security, Network Troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, Networking Cables, Network Connections, Software Deployment, Peripherals, Computer Equipment, Information Technology - **Published:** August 15, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.teamworkonline.com/employment_opportunities/2185489/applications/new ## About the Role * Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office, Exchange, Active Directory, IOS, OSX * Proficient in automated system deployments tools such as WDS and Ghost * Possesses basic network troubleshooting skills * Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel * Ability to install, configure and maintain computers, networks and related hardware and software * Knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures and techniques * Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operations problems * Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to learn and support new systems and applications * Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed to support football and business operations, planned maintenance, system upgrades, and urgent technical issues * Participation in an on-call or rotating support schedule is required * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. ## Description The Jaguars Technology team is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to help provide support for all information technology products and services., * Typical desktop support, including computer hardware/software installations and repairs, as well as maintenance of computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues * Maintenance and monitoring of end-user workstations and printers. * Educate users on basic functionality of software and hardware. * Investigate user problems and identify their source; test and implement solutions. * Install, configure and maintain workstations - both PC and Mac, file servers, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices and systems; add or upgrade and configure disk drives, printers and related-equipment. * Perform and/or oversee software and application installation and upgrades. * First level network troubleshooting and support such as verification of network connectivity and the patching/termination of cables. * Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including equipment setup and account access.
