## About the Role

* High school diploma or GED required.
 * 1+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
 * Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
 * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 * Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
 * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
 * Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach, and climb as needed., * Forklift certification preferred.
 * Experience with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
 * Knowledge of inventory control and production support processes.

## Description

The Support Technician is responsible for providing operational support within a manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role assists with inventory management, material handling, production support, equipment operation, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products., * Support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations.

 * Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials and supplies.
 * Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
 * Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
 * Transport materials between warehouse and production areas.
 * Prepare materials and supplies for production runs.
 * Operate material handling equipment as authorized.
 * Support shipping, receiving, packaging, and labeling activities.
 * Complete documentation and data entry in WMS or ERP systems.
