This is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple products, platforms, and business initiatives while helping shape scalable digital experiences., * Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX, Graphic Design, or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered * Portfolio showcasing enterprise-scale UI/UX projects, including research, problem-solving approach, and final design outcomes required * 3+ years of UI/UX design experience supporting web applications, customer portals, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software * Advanced experience with Figma * Experience conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, usability testing, and validation activities * Experience designing both customer-facing experiences and internal business applications * Experience leveraging AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, or design workflows preferred * Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, information architecture, accessibility, and usability best practices * Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and collaboration within cross-functional product teams * Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation platforms * Familiarity with analytics, research, or user feedback tools is a plus * Proficiency creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems * Ability to create and maintain design artifacts, documentation, and design standards throughout the product lifecycle ## Description Kforce has a client that is seeking a UI/UX Designer in Houston, TX.
