We're looking for early-career professionals who have already developed the maturity, confidence and communication skills to engage with senior business and technology leaders.
The strongest candidates will typically have 2 6 years of professional experience, having built a solid technical foundation while demonstrating the curiosity and ambition to transition into technology consulting and business leadership.
Many successful hires for this role are often in a career stage that aligns with professionals in their mid-to-late twenties and early thirties. However, we hire for capability, maturity, curiosity and potential not age.

You may be an excellent fit if you:

 * Have approximately 2 6 years of professional experience in Software Engineering, AI, Product Engineering, Cloud, Data, Consulting or another technology-focused discipline.
 * Hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or another technical discipline.
 * Enjoy solving business problems just as much as technical problems.
 * Are fascinated by AI and how technology transforms industries.
 * Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Have built software, AI projects, hackathons, startups, research projects or meaningful side projects.
 * Want to work directly with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and other senior business leaders early in your career.
 * Are intellectually curious, energetic, humble and comfortable with ambiguity.
 * Aspire to build a long-term career in AI-native technology consulting and enterprise transformation.
