## About the Role

Minimum 4 years of experience in digital ad operations, ad technology, or a similar role

## Description

Support digital ad sales systems and related tools across the advertising technology environment.
*
Partner with product, engineering, planning, strategy, and operations teams to resolve requests, defects, and enhancements.

Own tickets from intake through resolution, including investigation, troubleshooting, testing, and user support.
*
Monitor issue impact, communicate status updates, and escalate critical problems when needed.
*
Perform system configurations and support ad integrations, including inventory, targeting, measurement, access, and programmatic serving.
