* Strong hands-on experience in Pega Application Testing and Pega Customer Service Framework.
 * Experience with Pega Automation Testing.
 * Good knowledge of Selenium/Playwright automation.
 * Hands-on experience in API Testing and REST/SOAP services.
 * Strong SQL and database testing skills.
 * Experience with Azure DevOps/Jira, Git, and CI/CD.
 * Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and STLC.

## Description

* Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Pega applications.
 * Validate Pega workflows, business rules, SLAs, integrations, and UI functionality.
 * Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium/Playwright with Java or C#.
 * Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, Swagger, and REST/SOAP services.
 * Conduct SQL-based database validation and backend testing.
 * Execute automated test suites and support CI/CD processes.
 * Log, track, and validate defects using Azure DevOps/Jira.
 * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with development and business teams.
