We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, proactive, and eager to take ownership of new challenges as they arise. ## Description BridgePhase is seeking an SAP FI/CO Specialist to support a secure Federal Government client. This is a hands-on, hybrid functional and technical role focused on configuring, enhancing, and integrating SAP financial management capabilities in a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), combined with the ability to work across technical teams, troubleshoot system issues, and support modernization and integration efforts. This role requires someone who can operate comfortably across business process design, system configuration, and technical implementation. This position requires regular onsite work in Herndon, VA, with potential for occasional remote work. Candidates must be local to the National Capital Region and hold an active Secret clearance. Position offered as 1099 or full-time employee.
