About the Team The Datacenter Operations team at Nutanix is dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation and management of our data center facilities. This team operates in multiple locations, including Reno and Phoenix, and is characterized by a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. The mission of the team is to maintain operational excellence while integrating new technologies into our infrastructure, making it a vital part of Nutanix's overall strategy for growth and customer satisfaction. You will report to the Sr Manager of Support Readiness, who values proactive communication and fosters an environment where team members are encouraged to take ownership of their work. The role is fully on-site and requires you to work approximately 40-45 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, in a fixed schedule that allows for slight adjustments once established. This position may involve occasional travel, ranging from 0 to 25% depending on business needs, such as participation in important projects or internal meetings. However, it is expected that travel will generally trend closer to 0% in normal business operations.
