## About the Role

Do you have experience in Confidential information handling?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Must have prior experience in an administrative or systems-related role; Human Resources experience preferred

 * Ability to handle confidential information, multi-task and show a strong attention to detail
 * Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications
 * Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
 * Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization

## Description

* Professionally represent the company with a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
 * Process data changes related to new hires, terminations, job assignments, compensation etc.
 * Maintain and audit employment records, assuring accuracy and confidentiality
 * Generate monthly, weekly, daily reports of employment data for various stakeholders
 * Work with global HR workforce to support and train on HR data and systems
 * Identify system and support improvements and execute changes through project management and stakeholder involvement
 * Provide systems-related support for benefits administration, compliance processes, employment changes, and payroll
 * Serve as subject matter expert for global HR module of ERP system, payroll system and other HRIS-related systems
 * Support group for HRIS needs, data analysis, web site content management, support tools
 * Ad hoc reports and data analysis and presentations to aid in making business decisions
 * Assist with additional Human Resource projects as needed
