Technical Expertise * Hands-on experience building software or technical solutions, ideally with at least one production or proof-of-concept system you'd be proud to walk through - in an AI tech stack, full-stack development, or with frontier LLMs. * Fluent in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and comfortable picking up more as the work demands. * Practical experience with LLMs and prompt engineering - able to explain why a prompt failed and what you'd change. * Solid understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns, sufficient to design solutions, not just consume them. * Comfort using AI-powered development tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, Salesforce coding tools like Vibes) as part of your workflow. * Ability to evaluate AI/agent outputs with engineering rigor.
