 * Java certification preferred

## Description

Leads the design, development, integration, and modernization of Java-based applications supporting MFRA Branch systems while ensuring seamless interoperability with legacy mainframe environments., * Design, develop, test, and deploy Java EE applications using Spring, Hibernate, JAX-RS, and modern frameworks

 * Support Filing Season, Mid-Year, and legislative changes (e.g., OB3, Trump Accounts)
 * Perform integration with mainframe systems (COBOL/DB2) via web services and APIs
 * Conduct unit, regression, performance, and security testing (JUnit, AppScan)
 * Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, and Red Hat JBoss EAP
 * Troubleshoot production issues and provide Level 3 support
 * Develop and maintain OneSDLC documentation and knowledge transfer materials
