Must Haves * Minimum 7 years of experience in market data, IT infrastructure, market data distribution and service management. * Deep knowledge of market data platforms, industry vendors, products and licensing models. * Proven experience in vendor management, governance and cost optimisation initiatives. * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders. * Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring and developing teams. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes. * A structured and resilient mindset with the ability to manage priorities and drive results. * Knowledge of market data compliance, audit processes, and regulatory requirements. You set the strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and oversee governance, vendors, and platforms. You enable stakeholders with high-quality, resilient data services, drive IT infrastructure efficiencies, and improvements, while balancing cost efficiency and cost reductions.
