## About the Role

Vous avez des compétences démontrées dans au moins l'un des domaines suivants :

 * Expérience en programme de Transformation Finance avec un ERP type S/4HANA
 * Refonte de processus financiers en approche Lean
 * Optimisation de modèles d'organisation Finance (GBS, SSC…)
 * Compréhension des enjeux de Green Finance, sustainability
 * Définition de modèle de pilotage, indicateurs de performance et implémentation d'outils EPM

Vous avez plusieurs années d'expérience dans des cabinets de conseil en organisation, stratégie et transformation, d'audit, ou à des postes opérationnels dans des grands groupes.

Pratiquant couramment l'anglais et le français, mobile, vous savez vous adapter.

## Description

Vous accompagnerez les CFO et les directions financières dans leur ensemblepour répondre aux grands enjeux de la fonction finance.

Notre ambition est de permettre aux institutions et grandes entreprises de tirer parti des technologies disruptives (ERP type S/4HANA, EPM, RPA/iPA, etc.) tout en adaptant leur operating model (agilité, performance, organisation mutualisée, etc.) et en se projetant sur les enjeux de la Green Finance.

A titre d'illustration, ces missions récentes ont été menées avec succès par nos consultants :

 * Définition et mis en œuvre d'une transformation finance SAP S/4HANA pour un grand groupe dans le luxe : mise en place des processus Finance 2.0 (automatisation, machine learning, workflows…) via l'implémentation de SAP S/4HANA associé à plusieurs outils innovants intégrés pour un grand groupe dans le luxe.

 * Cadrage visant à repenser les processus Finance au regard des dernières innovations et la roadmap pour y parvenir, pour un leader de l'automobile., * Communauté d'experts : rejoignez un réseau international de consultants, managers et directeurs engagés dans la transformation digitale. Participez à des programmes comme l'IMA (Invent Manager Academy) ou l'IDE (Invent Director Experience) pour renforcer votre leadership et échanger avec la communauté mondiale de Capgemini Invent.
 * Apprentissage en continu : bénéficiez d'un accompagnement d, et accélérez votre montée en compétences grâce à des formations ciblées et à votre implication dans le Consulting Skills Workshop.
 * Événements : participez à InventX, notre événement mondial organisé à Paris et en ligne, réunissant la communauté Capgemini Invent autour d'expériences de formation innovantes.
