Desirable * Experience leading or supporting HRIS projects. * Degree or professional qualification in HR, IT, Business, or a related field. * Experience with HR data privacy and compliance. * Experience with process mapping or workflow design. * Exposure to AI or automation tools in HR (not essential). ## Description As an HRIS Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting, maintaining, and developing our integrated HR systems. You'll work closely with HR, Payroll, and L&D teams to ensure our HR systems run smoothly, our data is accurate, and our processes are efficient and compliant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on HRIS experience who is looking to deepen their expertise in HR technology and process improvement. Please note: This is not a data science, software development, or general IT analyst position.
