## About the Role

* Expert knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang or React.
 * Proven experience building highly scalable systems, preferably in the cloud (GCP valued).
 * Proficiency in developing customer-centric front-end solutions.
 * Exposure to NoSQL datastores.
 * Leadership experience within development teams and technical project delivery.
 * Capability in technical leadership, mentorship, pairing opportunities, and code reviews.
 * Strong technical documentation skills.
 * Deep understanding of large-scale, highly available, multiuser, service-based systems.
 * Familiarity with on-call rotations and incident response.

## Description

* Act as a point of escalation for the team both in and out of office hours.
 * Lead the development of scalable, maintainable, and performant systems.
 * Apply active governance around overall solution design and code quality.
 * Ensure solutions meet the needs of the Business.
 * Manage work estimation and the production of solution documents.
 * Maintain a deep understanding of the technical structure, domain, and architecture of the systems.
 * Guide a small team of developers in the design and development of solutions.
 * Own technical solutions and their hands-on delivery from development to live.
 * Promote knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
