You'll have experience managing frameworks, contracts, procurement, bids, or compliance activities and be comfortable translating complex requirements into clear, practical guidance. Advanced Power BI and reporting skills are essential, along with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities from large datasets. You'll be proactive, detail-oriented, and an excellent stakeholder manager, capable of influencing teams across the business and ensuring Phoenix maximises the value of its framework portfolio., * Experience managing public sector frameworks, procurement agreements, bids, contracts, or compliance activities. * Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable commercial insights. * Advanced Power BI skills, including building dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making. * Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with experience managing and reporting on large datasets. * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and compliance requirements. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation. * Confident communicating complex information to a range of stakeholders in a clear and practical way. * Commercially aware, with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. * Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across sales, bids, operations, finance, and vendor teams. * Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. ## Description Due to continued growth, we are hiring a new Framework Manager to ensure Phoenix maximises the value of its framework agreements, simplifying complex procurement routes, ensuring compliance, and enabling teams to use frameworks effectively.
