We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphics & Web Designer to join our Group Communications team and help shape the visual identity of a diverse group of businesses. Supporting 11 brands across the South Staffordshire Group, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging digital and print communications while helping to evolve and strengthen our brand presence. With branding recognised as a strategic priority by our Group CEO, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of creative disciplines, including graphic design, web content, photography, videography and brand development. Key Responsibilities: * Create high-quality digital and print materials that support internal communications, marketing campaigns, employer branding, and corporate initiatives across the Group. * Support the development and maintenance of multiple brand identities, ensuring all creative output is consistent, professional, and aligned with brand guidelines. * Design engaging content for websites, social media channels, presentations, newsletters, reports, and other communication platforms. * Capture and edit photography and video content for use across internal and external communications. * Maintain and update website content using content management systems (CMS), ensuring content remains accurate, engaging, and accessible. * Monitor website performance and contribute ideas to improve user experience, engagement, and search visibility. * Manage creative projects from initial brief to final delivery, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements, deadlines, and objectives are met. * Provide creative advice and recommendations to colleagues across the Group, helping to enhance the effectiveness of communications and campaigns. * Ensure all design work adheres to brand standards, corporate policies, accessibility requirements, and industry best practice. * Keep up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and digital communication developments, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team. * Support the wider Communications team with creative projects, campaigns, events, and business initiatives as required. ## Related Videos - [Kill Your WordPress.
