## About the Role

Are you a proven helpdesk manager/supervisor looking for a new challenge?, * Experience using CAFM systems and FM related systems - Maximo, Sage, Oracle

 * Prior experience in a lead roll, preferably within Facilities Management, however other sector experience will be considered
 * Personable and energetic

## Description

* Managing a small team of helpdesk and finance administrators
 * Monitoring the CAFM system
 * Overseeing WIP, job assignments, management of direct labour and subcontractors
 * Producing service reports, and actioning follow up work
 * Processing invoices, liaising with the central finance function
 * Logging PPM's, actioning PPM signoffs, and reactive maintenance
 * Producing and presenting output and WIP reports
 * SLA Management
