 * Analyse, Bearbeitung und nachhaltige Lösung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
 * Administration und Betreuung von Windows- sowie Linux-Systemen
 * Überwachung der IT-Infrastruktur und Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs
 * Mitarbeit beim Betrieb und bei der Betreuung der Rechenzentrumsumgebung
 * Unterstützung bei Wartungs-, Administrations- und Optimierungsaufgaben in der Server- und Netzwerklandschaft
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen zu IT-Prozessen, Systemen und Supportfällen
