* Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support innerhalb des IT-Helpdesks zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Systembetriebs
 * Analyse und Lösung technischer Störungen in den Bereichen Hard- und Software
 * Unterstützung bei der Konfiguration, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken
 * Durchführung strukturierter Fehleranalysen sowie Tests im Rahmen von Störungen und Änderungen
 * Installation, Wartung und Administration von IT-Systemen und Endgeräten
