 * Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Security sowie Identity & Access Management sowie im Endpoint (Intune)- und Zertifikatsmanagement (PKI)
 * Ausgeprägte Kunden- bzw. Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für den Bereich Computing & Data Platforms einen erfahrenen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft®-basierten IT-Infrastruktur sowie unserer Identity- und Access-Management-Lösungen.

 * Betrieb, Monitoring und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der hybriden Microsoft-Systemlandschaft (On-Premises & Cloud, insbesondere Microsoft 365®, Exchange® (Online), Active Directory®, Entra ID® und Intune®)
 * Administration der Messaging-Infrastruktur durch Sicherstellung eines stabilen, performanten und sicheren Betriebs der Mail- und Kommunikationssysteme (Exchange On-Premises & Online inkl. Mail Routing und Standardprotokolle)
 * Bereitstellung und Pflege der Public-Key-Infrastruktur (PKI) sowie Verwaltung von Sicherheitszertifikaten zur Absicherung des E-Mail-Verkehrs (S/MIME)
 * Konfiguration, Optimierung und Administration der KEMP Load Balancer zur Gewährleistung von Hochverfügbarkeit
 * Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Identity- und Access-Management-Lösungen zur Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung sowie Umsetzung relevanter Sicherheitsanforderungen entlang des gesamten User Lifecycles
 * Integration und Betrieb moderner Authentifizierungsverfahren sowie Umsetzung von Sicherheitsanforderungen im Bereich Identity- & Access-Manage inkl. Mechanismen wie MFA und Conditional Access
 * Sicherstellung der Client- und Serverkonfiguration über Gruppenrichtlinien (GPO) sowie Betreuung der lokalen Verbunddienste (ADFS)
