## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medieninformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT- oder Software-Projektmanagement
 * Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten, idealerweise im Produktumfeld
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in klassischen und/oder agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden (z. B. Scrum, Kanban, Wasserfall)
 * Technisches Verständnis für Web-Technologien, Plattformen oder SaaS-Lösungen
 * Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement und in der strukturierten Dokumentation
 * Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen Stakeholdern
 * Unternehmerisches Denken und Verständnis für Produkt- und Marktanforderungen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Planung, Steuerung und Controlling von IT- und Softwareprojekten rund um unsere eigene Produktlösung
 * Eigenverantwortliche Leitung interner und produktbezogener Projekte von der Konzeption bis zum Rollout
 * Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams aus Entwicklung, Produktmanagement, Marketing und Vertrieb
 * Priorisierung und Strukturierung von Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
 * Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in Prozessen, Workflows und Systemlandschaften
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwarelösung unter Berücksichtigung von Markt- und Nutzeranforderungen
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Anforderungen, Spezifikationen, Dokumentationen und Qualitätssicherungsunterlagen
 * Planung von Releases, Ressourcen und Budgets
 * Verantwortung für Zeiterfassung, interne Leistungsverrechnung sowie Vorbereitung von Angeboten und Abrechnungen
