## About the Role

* currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Systems Engineering, or a related field
 * first practical experience or strong interest in IT administration, system support, or infrastructure topics
 * basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and IT support processes
 * basic understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux, or backup systems would be an advantage
 * basic scripting knowledge, for example, PowerShell, Bash, or Python, is a plus
 * structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
 * willingness to learn and take responsibility step by step
 * good communication skills in English, both written and spoken, German language skills are a plus

## Description

As a Working Student in our IT department, you will support the IT team in daily operations and infrastructure-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

 * supporting the administration of cloud services, including Microsoft 365
 * assisting with the maintenance of our on-premise server infrastructure
 * supporting Active Directory and domain controller administration
 * helping to monitor and maintain regular backup processes
 * supporting the management of our 3CX VoIP telephone system
 * setting up and preparing workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
 * providing first-level support to employees for hardware and software issues, such as Windows, printers, VPN, and Microsoft 365
 * assisting with IT security tasks, updates, and system monitoring
 * supporting the documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations
 * helping with the implementation of new IT systems and improvement projects
