* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung - z. B. als Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration - oder ein Studium im Bereich Informatik, IT-Engineering oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

 * Grundkenntnisse in SQL bzw. Datenbankabfragen sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit IT-Security- und Monitoring-Tools sind von Vorteil
 * Erste Berufserfahrung - idealerweise 1-2 Jahre im IT-Support oder in der Systemadministration

## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Klassifizierung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von IT-Anfragen sowie Störungsbehebung im laufenden Betrieb
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur - inklusive virtueller Umgebungen, Server- und Client-Systemen sowie Storage-Lösungen
 * Administration und Konfiguration von Microsoft 365, Azure sowie modernen Endpoint-Management-Lösungen (z. B. Intune oder vergleichbare MDM-Systeme)
 * Technische Konzeption und Umsetzung von Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen
 * Mitwirkung an und teilweise Koordination von IT-Projekten, insbesondere im Kontext von Digitalisierungsvorhaben
