 * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen und komplexen Zusammenhängen Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen, z. B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten im Finanzbereich, in Business Intelligence oder Datenanalyse
 * Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in SAP und MS Excel sowie Interesse an Tools wie Power BI oder SAP Analytics Cloud
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Digital Finance, Reporting & Analytics

 * Durchlaufen der Bereiche Accounting, Controlling und Treasury sowie Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen, Forecasts und Budgetplanung
 * Erstellung von Management-Reports und KPI-Auswertungen sowie Analyse finanzieller Entwicklungen
 * Arbeit mit modernen Tools wie SAP S/4HANA, Power BI und SAP Analytics Cloud sowie Weiterentwicklung von Dashboards und Kennzahlensystemen
 * Analyse von Daten und Prozessen, Ableitung von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Unterstützung fundierter Managemententscheidungen

AI, Digitalisierung & bereichsübergreifende Projekte

 * Entwicklung von AI-Anwendungsfällen, z. B. für Predictive Cashflow, Working Capital, Kostenanalysen, Forecasting und Reporting
 * Einsatz von Microsoft Copilot und Generativer AI im Finanzbereich
 * Mitwirkung an Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten im Finance-Umfeld
 * Zusammenarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen innerhalb der europäischen Komatsu-Organisation
