Because technology partnership development and R&D program execution are closely intertwined in this role, you will oversee some core laser-related projects and programs in a holistic way and lead the operational tasks for these. In parallel, you will build up strategic technology partnerships, take ownership in applying for and managing publicly funded projects, and take over stakeholder management. Lastly, you will support the build-up of the supply chain. You are part of a diverse team and work collaboratively with business professionals, scientists, and engineers in a highly dynamic working environment.
