## About the Role

* At least 6 years professional experience in SAP Basis administrationacross ABAP and Java stacks
 * Strong knowledge of at least two major SAP databases (HANA, Oracle, DB2,or others)
 * Solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and authorization management
 * Experience with SAP HANA system administration, planning, and migration
 * Familiarity with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) products arenice to have
 * Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and system recoveryskills
 * Knowledge of ITIL processes and structured management changes
 * Strong relationship building, problem solving, decision making, project management and conflict resolution skills
 * Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation)
 * Very good English and German language skills
 * Ideally based in Germany

 * Design, configure, and operate SAP systems across ABAP and Java environments
 * Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and transition projects
 * Plan and execute SAP technology upgrades, migrations, and kernel updates
 * Administer and optimize leading SAP-supported databases (e.g., HANA, Oracle, DB2)
 * Manage SAP Fiori administration and modern authorization concepts
 * Contribute to architecture design and innovation strategies
 * Drive adoption of SAP BTP solutions and manage seamless integration with other SAP modules
 * Support digitalization initiatives including IoT, Industry 4.0, and cloud integration
