 * Relevante Praxiserfahrung im Projektmanagement und fachspezifisches Wissen in der Projektmanagementdisziplin Risikomanagement
 * Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Risikomanagement- und Projektsteuerungstools (z. B. Active Risk Manager, Primavera Risk Analysis, Primavera P6, Power BI)
 * Analytisches und ganzheitliches Denken sowie ein ausgeprägtes Risikobewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, lösungsorientierte Verbesserungsvorschläge im Kundenumfeld zu platzieren
 * Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte zur Planung, Steuerung oder Realisierung von Infrastruktur- und Großbauprojekten und Vertrautheit mit einschlägigen Bauvorschriften, Normen und Vertragsarten
 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Reisebereitschaft und Lust auf die Arbeit beim Kunden vor Ort innerhalb Deutschlands
