 * Analyse von Anwenderanfragen und deren Umsetzung in praktische Lösungen
 * Testen, Konfigurieren und Dokumentieren von Änderungen
 * Beratung von Key- und Endanwendern bei der Einführung neuer oder geänderter Prozesse
 * Unterstützung internationaler ERP-Implementierungen innerhalb der KOTI-Gruppe
 * Überwachung und Verbesserung der Datenqualität
