* IT-Allrounder werden: Du lernst, wie IT-Systeme geplant, beschafft, eingerichtet und verwaltet werden - von Hardware über Software bis hin zu Cloud-Lösungen
 * Kundensupport & Beratung: Du unterstützt unsere Kundinnen und Kunden bei technischen Fragen, analysierst Anliegen und findest Lösungen rund um unsere Software und eingesetzte IT-Systeme
 * Technische Administration: Du wirkst bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur mit - inklusive Benutzerverwaltung, Lizenzmanagement und Systemdokumentation
 * Projektassistenz: Du begleitest IT-Projekte, koordinierst Abläufe, unterstützt bei Tests und Schulungen und lernst, wie man technische Anforderungen sauber erfasst und umsetzt
 * Kommunikationsprofi: Ob telefonisch, schriftlich oder digital - du kommunizierst souverän und verständlich mit Anwendern, Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie externen Partnern
