* Betrieb, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systemlandschaft mit Schwerpunkt auf KIS-Systemen
 * Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Performance der klinischen Anwendungen
 * Administration und Optimierung der Terminaldienste sowie der Citrix-Umgebung
 * Monitoring der Systeme sowie Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
 * Weiterentwicklung effizienter Lösungen innerhalb der bestehenden Infrastruktur
 * Bearbeitung von Störungen im 2nd Level Support
 * Planung, Durchführung und Unterstützung von IT-Projekten
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen im Client- und Serverumfeld inkl. Virtualisierung
 * Unterstützung der Anwender im klinischen Umfeld im Tagesgeschäft
