## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Director (m/f/d) to lead Business Development and Sales in our SAP Supply Chain Planning practice in Germany. If you have a proven track record in sales, business development, and delivery management within the SAP IBP domain we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:

 * Generate leads and opportunities by establishing strong partnerships and maintaining a visible presence in the market.
 * Drive the sales process for SAP IBP solutions, through pre-sales, proposal writing and contract negotiation.
 * Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the SAP SCP practice, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
 * Manage customer expectations and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement within the practice., * Diverse and Dynamic Role: Engage in a wide range of tasks offering diverse challenges and ample opportunities for creative input within a company fully owned by its employees.
