You will help major national and international organisations modernise their customer-service, technical-service and after-sales operations. This will include transforming established SAP CS environments and designing integrated service processes using SAP S/4HANA., * At least three years of relevant experience for Senior Consultant level or approximately five years for Manager level. * Strong project experience with SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP CS or both. * Good knowledge of technical service, customer service, maintenance or after-sales processes. * Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and functional solution design. * Participation in at least one SAP implementation, rollout or S/4HANA transformation. * The ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP processes and solutions. * Previous workstream or team leadership experience is required for Manager-level applications. * A degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, computer science or a comparable discipline. * Very good German and English. * Willingness to travel according to project requirements. ## Description * Advise clients on the analysis, design and optimisation of end-to-end customer-service and after-sales processes. * Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP CS or integrated solutions using both platforms. * Deliver capabilities across service requests, service orders, contracts, warranties, entitlements, repairs, returns, confirmations, pricing and billing. * Support clients transitioning from SAP ECC Customer Service to SAP S/4HANA Service. * Assess existing processes and system landscapes before defining target processes, solution designs and transformation roadmaps. * Lead requirements and fit-to-standard workshops with business and IT stakeholders. * Integrate service processes with SAP SD, MM, EAM/PM, FI/CO, SAP Sales and Service Cloud, and field-service solutions. * Contribute throughout implementation, including configuration, functional specifications, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live and hypercare. * Work with multidisciplinary and international consulting teams.
