*Ausgeprägte Coaching-Kompetenz und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
*Verständnis für Organisationsentwicklung und agile Transformationsprozesse
*Kommunikationsstärke, Moderationsgeschick und ein lösungsorientiertes Mindset
