You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to tackle challenges early to get work done. You understand your customer's environment and work individually and as a key member of a senior leadership team to develop, scale, and deliver the right systems for their mission. We need an experienced STE like you to lead technical teams and Agile releases. As an STE, you will drive execution and transformation across the organization by leveraging frameworks, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban, to make a mission impact and support the warfighter. You will act as a servant leader and primary coach for the solution train, facilitating and executing Planning Interval (PI) planning, managing program-level risks, resolving cross-team dependencies, and driving continuous flow. As an Agile Coach, you will drive the adoption of the Lean-Agile mindset through Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), Agile delivery knowledge, and Agile lifecycle management tools while mentoring team members, product managers, product owners, release train engineers (RTE), and Scrum Masters. You'll help to bring standard methodologies into the organization and partner closely with senior leadership to establish Lean-Agile routines and practices that transform the organization to run Agile at scale, integration and continuous development, DevSecOps, and delivery automation.
