## Description

IT Analyst- Governance & Compliance - NSK Americas, The IT Senior Analyst - Governance & Compliance develops and maintains IT policies and procedures, monitors regulatory and policy compliance, manages IT budgets and software licenses, and supports internal and external audits., Write, review, update, and validate IT policies, standards, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, security standards, and internal policies.
Conduct compliance reviews, identify gaps, and track corrective actions.
Coordinate audit requests, gather evidence, and attend auditor meetings.
Prepare and monitor IT budgets, expenses, forecasts, and financial reports.
Manage software licenses, renewals, usage, and vendor agreements.
Ensure software use complies with licensing terms and organizational requirements.
Maintain accurate policy, audit, budget, and license records.
Provide compliance guidance to employees and IT teams
