Building on the Staff Software Engineer expectations documented for Client Experiences, this role operates with a holistic, system-wide perspective, guiding technical direction across multiple teams and shaping decisions that balance short-term product needs with long-term business and operational success. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, define technical strategy, and deliver durable solutions for our customer- and client-facing experiences. You will set a high bar for engineering excellence through your technical leadership, code quality, design judgment, and ability to mentor engineers across teams.
