This is a key position which will both define and build the stack. What you will do: * Lead the development of the simulation Software stack- full stack * Support your manager in hiring, technical interviewing and onboarding * Mentor and lead team of software engineers * Define and implement software development processes, qa/qc processes, define standards, etc. * Participate in architecture and requirements discussions * Translate Business Requirements to Software designs and implementations * Work tightly with the Robotic team and any other team, aligning their needs with your implementation, reducing gaps and deviations, while focussing on Quality and Value. * Lead agile process definition, team charter, CI/CD discussion, etc. including the Peer Review Process. * Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions * Anything else you think you should be doing?
