Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on the contract * Working with clients and enterprise management to determine priorities and structuring the team's work to align appropriately with those priorities, while effectively managing expectations at all levels. * Managing requirements, including coordinating and facilitating exchange meetings or forums to determine/validate requirements and ensure tasks are performed according to agreed-upon plans. * Using standard methods and procedures to track and maintain work parameters, and hosting/attending required meetings. * Maintaining consistent, proactive, and timely communication with management and other internal stakeholders, particularly regarding outages, and events that may impact other teams. * Review risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate budgets for the same * Prepare program status reports, deliverables and other formal reviews to be presented to the clients and enterprise management * Organizing and maintaining documentation is easily interpreted by all required parties as well as collaborating with teammates, other service providers, vendors, and users to build relationships and achieve objectives. * Review all financial and technical reports before release to clients * Communicate issues and solutions to client stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner * Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with the internal contracts staff * Coordinate the preparation of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and value engineering proposals to clients, MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Program Manager to join our team located in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.
