This position seeks individuals to work semi-independently, providing bioinformatics support to investigators; managing and working in collaborative groups, locally, nationally and internationally., The Bioinformation B focuses on the analysis of single cell data analysis, highly multiplex immunohistochemistry data, RNA and DNA sequencing data sets, and multi 'omics analyses, along with large clinical datasets. If interested, the individual also will have the opportunity to work on analyzing genome-wide genotyping and next-generation sequencing data from large data sets (e.g. UK Biobank); constructing data analysis pipelines; developing bioinformatics applications; and working with investigators to report and publish analytic findings from studies. We collaborate with multiple Penn groups and colleagues in major national and international research institutions to identify genomic risk factors for cancer and related phenotypes in large cohorts, case-control studies, family studies, and biobanks. Furthermore, the lab benefits from close collaborations with other analysts across Penn Medicine. This position offers opportunities for career development, including the development of independent projects, participation in and presentation at national and international meetings, and manuscript preparation and publication. ## Related Videos - [Alibaba Big Data and Machine Learning Technology](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/37-alibaba-big-data-and-machine-learning-technology) - [May I interest you in ...
