Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout the duration of employment. ## Description The Senior Clinical Applications Associate provides technical and operational support for Epic applications supporting patient engagement, access, and digital front door capabilities at Baylor College of Medicine. This role partners with Access leadership and operational stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Epic functionality that improves patient communication, scheduling access, and engagement outcomes. The position focuses on development and support of engagement platforms such as Hello World and Campaigns, with an emphasis on enhancing patient acquisition, retention, and digital adoption across clinical, access, and revenue cycle workflows. The Senior Clinical Applications Associate will work primarily with the Epic Cadence, MyChart and Ambulatory applications. This role is cross-functional to support Patient Engagement. The Department of Information Technology at Baylor College of Medicine provides technology services, support and partnership in delivering key values to the mission of Baylor College of Medicine. We will consider highly qualified candidates to work remotely within the state of Texas.
