The successful candidate will work with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions that support mission-critical federal business processes. Key Responsibilities Application Design and Development * Design, develop, configure, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps. * Build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and custom pages based on approved business and technical requirements. * Translate wireframes, process diagrams, user stories, and functional requirements into working applications. * Apply sound application-design principles, including usability, accessibility, responsive design, modularity, and maintainability. * Develop reusable components, templates, formulas, and common application functions. * Configure forms, views, business rules, validation logic, and role-based user experiences. * Participate in application-design reviews and recommend practical technical solutions. * Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, usability, and functional issues. Power Automate Development * Design, develop, test, and maintain Power Automate cloud flows. * Automate business processes involving approvals, notifications, document routing, data synchronization, task assignments, and scheduled activities. * Develop flows that integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, SQL Server, and other enterprise systems. * Implement conditions, loops, parallel branches, child flows, approval processes, and scheduled workflows. * Configure error handling, retry logic, exception management, logging, and operational notifications. * Diagnose failed or slow-running flows and implement corrective actions. * Optimize workflows to reduce unnecessary actions, connector calls, processing time, and platform consumption. * Develop reusable flow components and follow established automation standards.
