In this dynamic role, you will play a critical part in guiding WYDOT's statewide infrastructure investments-maximizing our return on investment by ensuring the right projects are selected at the right time. What You Will Do: * Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Direct a specialized team to implement data-driven asset management strategies and optimize resource allocation, ensuring WYDOT meets key road and bridge performance targets. * Guide Strategic Investments: Oversee project selection through the Project Priority Rating Model (PRM) and manage the development and publication of WYDOT's annual State Transportation Improvement Plan (STIP). * Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with internal WYDOT Programs, Districts, and professionals throughout the Department to guarantee accurate and effective project selection. * Empower Your Team: As a leader and assistant program manager, cultivate a high-performing, motivated, and safety-focused culture by actively managing hiring, training, and professional development.
