## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably managing IT-related projects.
 * Experience with IT projects involving systems, applications, networks, infrastructure, or related technologies.
 * Working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
 * Experience using project management tools such as Planview, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical IT teams.
 * Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple project activities and priorities simultaneously.
 * Must be able to work on-site 4 days per week in the Lehigh Valley/Easton, PA area.
 * Candidates should be local to the Lehigh Valley/Easton, PA area and able to meet the on-site requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience managing projects in an enterprise IT environment.
 * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
 * Experience with project status reporting, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication.
 * PMP, CAPM, or Agile-related certification is a plus.

## Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager to organize, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through successful completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT-related projects involving systems, applications, networks, infrastructure, or similar technologies.
This is a business-facing role requiring strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders as well as technical IT resources., * Manage IT projects from planning and initiation through execution, delivery, and closure.

 * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
 * Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and other project resources.
 * Track project scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
 * Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
 * Communicate project progress, challenges, risks, and recommendations to both business and technical audiences.
 * Apply Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies based on project requirements.
 * Monitor project schedules and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
 * Identify potential risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
 * Maintain project documentation and ensure project information is current and organized.
 * Support project prioritization, issue resolution, and escalation when needed.
 * Work closely with technical teams to understand project requirements, dependencies, and implementation activities.
